  3. Strain the blended watermelon in a mesh strainer. Make sure to remove the chunks and the foam.
  4. In a pitcher, combine about four cups of the blended watermelon and four cups of soju. Add some ice cubes, then pour back the mixture into the watermelon ‘bowl’.
